How to Set Up Integration in AI Growth Advisor
Step 1: Log In to Your AI Growth Advisor Account
Sign in and open your AI Growth Advisor dashboard.
Step 2: Open the Apps Section

Click on Apps in the left-hand menu.

At the top, you’ll see three tabs:

Available Apps: Browse and connect to new integrations.

My Apps: See all the apps you’ve already connected.

Sync History: Monitor past sync activity and data flow to ensure seamless operations.

Step 3: Choose and Connect an App

Use the search bar or filter by Category (Financial, Operations, Marketing) or Sub Category (e.g., CRM, Payment Gateways, Email Marketing) on the left.

Scroll to find the software you want to connect—such as QuickBooks Online, Salesforce, Stripe, Google Calendar, Xero, HubSpot, and more.

Click the plus (+) icon or the Request button next to the app to initiate the connection process.
Step 4: Complete the Integration Setup

Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize and configure your connection.

Once connected, the app will appear under 'My Apps' with its sync status displayed (e.g., a green checkmark for active connections).
Step 5: Monitor and Manage Integrations

Use the Sync History tab to review when and how your data has been synced.

If the software you need isn’t listed, use the 'Request Connection' category or reach out to support to discuss custom integration options.
