AI Growth Advisor makes it easy to manage, automate, and monitor integrations across all your business locations. Seamlessly connect systems like QuickBooks Online, POS, CRMs, and more to keep your data flowing and your business running efficiently, especially when managing dozens of locations.
Features and Capabilities

Multi-System Automations:
Set up automations to sync sales, financial, or operational data between platforms, such as QuickBooks, Salesforce, and SFTP sources. -
Centralized Dashboard:
The My Integrations page lists all your active integrations by location, displaying connection details, the user who added them, and the date of addition. -
On-Demand Sync:
Instantly trigger data syncs with the Sync Now button for any integration. -
Easy Setup for New Automations:
Quickly create new workflows (“autymations”) for each location with a guided setup. -
Track Integration History:
View detailed logs of past integration activity—including dates, statuses, and results—on the Integration History tab. -
Search & Filter:
Easily find integrations by location or integration type using the search bar.
How to Use the Integration Page
Step 1: View and Manage Your Integrations

Go to the Integrations tab in the left-hand menu.

On the My Integrations tab, review all current integrations organized by location.

See details for each integration, including the name of the person who added it, the email address, the date it was added, and the connected apps.

Use Sync Now to trigger an immediate data sync for any connection.
Step 2: Create a New Automation

Locate your desired location in the list.

Click Create autymation to set up a new workflow.

Follow the guided prompts to configure your automation—select systems, data flows, and scheduling as needed.
Step 3: Monitor Integration History

Click the Integration History tab to view logs of all integration activity.

Set your desired date range and filters (status, hierarchy) to review resubmitted, undone, or failed syncs.

Click 'Refresh' to update the report and view real-time status changes.

Use the summary chart to spot trends in integration success or identify recurring issues.
