Steps to Add a New Organization

Step 1: Log in to Your AI Growth Advisor Account

1. Open AI Growth Advisor and log in using your email and password.
2. If you don’t have an account, sign up before proceeding.

Step 2: Navigate to the Profile Menu

1. Click on the profile logo in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
2. A drop-down menu will appear, offering various options.
   

   

Step 3: Select the Organization Option

1. From the drop-down menu, click on "Organization".
2. This will take you to the Organization Settings page.

Step 4: Add a New Organization

1. On the Organization Settings page, click the blue "Add New" button next to the export icon in the top-right corner.
2. A new form will appear where you can enter the organization details.

Step 5: Enter Organization Details

• Fill in each required field in the Organization Profile form:

  • ID#: Your organization or business ID (if applicable).

  • Organization Name: The full name of your business.

  • Short Name: An abbreviated name or internal reference.

  • Industry Code: The code that best describes your industry (select from the dropdown).

  • Business Start Date: The date your organization was established.

  • Organization Address: Country, Suite, City, State, Zip Code—use dropdowns where available.

Step 6: Confirm and Save

1. After filling in all necessary details, click "Save and Continue" at the bottom of the form.
2. A confirmation message will appear, indicating that the new organization has been successfully added.

Editing Organization Details 

• To make changes later, navigate to Organization Settings.
• You can update company details, user roles, and preferences as needed.
