Managing User Access and Permissions Follow
This guide will walk you through controlling who can access AI Growth Advisor and what they can do. As an administrator, you can assign roles, define permissions, invite users, and track activity to ensure smooth operations. Follow these steps to manage user access effectively.
Steps for Managing User Access
1. Access User Management
- Log in to your AI Growth Advisor account.
- Click on the profile logo in the top right corner.
- Select "Corp or Franchise" to access organization settings.

In the left menu, go to Settings and select the Users Management tab at the top.

Here, you’ll see a list of all users in your organization, along with their email address, role, status, location access, and activity log.
2. Add New Users

Click the "Add New User" button in the top right corner of the Users Management page.

Fill out the required details:

Email

First Name
-
Last Name
-
User Role (choose from available options such as SuperAdmin, Admin, RP User, etc.)

Click Save & Close to invite the user. They’ll receive an email with access instructions.
3. Assign and Update Roles

Each user is assigned a Role that determines their permissions:

SuperAdmin: Full access to all settings, reports, and user management.

Admin: Manage users, locations, and reports, but with limited platform control.

RP User (or others): Limited access, often specific to assigned locations or features.

To update a user’s role, click the Role field and select a new role from the dropdown.
4. Define Location Access and Permissions

Click "View Access" under the "Location Access" column to view or adjust which locations a user can access.

Assign users only to the locations and data relevant to their responsibilities.
5. Monitor User Activity

Click "View logs" in the Activity Log column to view a user’s login history and platform actions.

Use this log to track engagement, ensure compliance, and review account activity.
6. Bulk Actions and Export

Use the Bulk Setup button to configure multiple users at once if needed.

Export your user list for auditing or record-keeping using the Export button.
