Follow these simple steps to connect your Salesforce app with AI Growth Advisor. This integration will streamline your customer data management, automate workflows, and provide actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.

Step 1: Log In to AI Growth Advisor 

Log in to your AI Growth Advisor account.

Step 2: Navigate to Apps

From the left-hand menu under Integrations, select Apps.

Step 3: Request Salesforce App

On the Available Apps page, find Salesforce and click the + button.

Your request for the Salesforce integration has now been submitted.

Step 4: Connect Salesforce (After Approval)

After approval, click on the My Apps tab at the top of the Apps page.

Locate Salesforce in your list of apps and click 'Connect'. You’ll see a pop-up window prompting you to enter the required information.

Required Fields:

To successfully connect Salesforce with AI Growth Advisor, provide the following:

• Username
• Password
• Security Token
• Use Sandbox (optional)

How to Find Required Information:

1. Username

• Log in to your Salesforce account.
• Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
• Select Settings > Personal Information.
• Your Username will be displayed there.

2. Password

• This is the password you use to log into Salesforce.
• If you’ve forgotten your password, click "Forgot Your Password?" on the Salesforce login page to reset it.

3. Security Token

• Log into Salesforce.
• Click your profile icon and select Settings.
• Navigate to My Personal Information > Reset My Security Token. 
• Click the button to reset; your new Security Token will be sent to the email address you have registered.

4. Use Sandbox

• If connecting to a test or Sandbox environment, toggle "Use Sandbox" to "On".
• For production, leave it off.

Test and Connect

After entering the above information, click "Test Connection" to verify that all details are accurate. If successful, hit Connect to finalize the integration.
