How to Connect Zendesk with AI Growth Advisor
Integrating Zendesk with AI Growth Advisor lets you efficiently manage customer interactions, streamline support ticket processing, and automate customer service workflows.
Step 1: Log in to AI Growth Advisor
Log in to your AI Growth Advisor account.
Step 2: Navigate to Apps
In the left-hand menu, under Integrations, click on Apps.
Step 3: Start Integration
On the Available Apps page, use the search bar or scroll to find Zendesk. Click the plus (+) icon next to Zendesk to begin the connection process.
Step 4: Connect Zendesk
Follow the on-screen prompts. You’ll be asked to provide the following information:

API Token

Account URL

Agent Email
How to find these details:
API Token:

Log in to your Zendesk account.

Click on the Admin Center (represented by a gear icon).

Go to Apps and Integrations > Zendesk API.

Click Add API Token, name your token, then click Create.

Copy the generated API Token.
Account URL:

This is the web address of your Zendesk account, for example, https://{YourAccountName}. .zendesk.com

You’ll find it in your browser’s address bar when logged in.
Agent Email:

Use the email address you use to log in to Zendesk.
Enter these details in the appropriate fields and click Connect.
Success
Your Zendesk account is now connected to AI Growth Advisor. You can automate support tasks, sync ticket data, and optimize customer service operations.
