How to Connect LoyaltyLoop with AI Growth Advisor

Integrating LoyaltyLoop with AI Growth Advisor will enable you to manage customer feedback more effectively and gain valuable insights to improve your customer experience. Follow these steps to request the integration:

Step 1: Log in to AI Growth Advisor 

Log in to your AI Growth Advisor account.

Step 2: Navigate to Apps

From the left-hand menu, select Apps under Integrations.
You will see the Available Apps screen, which lists the available integrations.

Step 3: Request LoyaltyLoop

Use the search bar or scroll to find LoyaltyLoop in the list of available apps.
Click the Request button next to LoyaltyLoop to submit your integration request.

Your request for LoyaltyLoop integration has now been sent to the AI Growth Advisor team for approval.

Step 4: Next Steps After Approval 

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive a notification from AI Growth Advisor.
The LoyaltyLoop app will then become available for you in the My Apps tab.
Click Connect and follow any additional prompts, such as entering your API Key.

How to generate your LoyaltyLoop API Key: 

• Log in to your LoyaltyLoop account.

• Go to the Settings menu (located in the top-right corner).

• Select the Admin tab, then click on API Key.

• Click the + sign to create a new API Key, name it for reference, and click Save Changes.

• Copy your new API Key and keep it secure.

Enter your API Key in AI Growth Advisor and click Connect to complete the setup.

Success 

Your LoyaltyLoop account is now successfully connected with AI Growth Advisor.
