Effectively managing multiple business locations is crucial for organizational success. AI Growth Advisor simplifies this process by enabling you to quickly add and organize your locations, ensuring accurate and clear data. With clear hierarchies and easy permission controls, AI Growth Advisor ensures your data is secure, organized, and accessible to the right team members. Follow the straightforward steps below to add locations and establish a structured hierarchy within your AI Growth Advisor account.

Step 1: Log in to AI Growth Advisor

Begin by logging in to your AI Growth Advisor account using your valid credentials to access your dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to Location Management

From the sidebar, click Organization. Within the Organization settings page, click on the Location Management tab.

Step 3: Adding New Locations

• Click the "+" (Add) button at the top-right corner of the Location Management page.
• A new window labeled Setup Location will appear.

Step 4: Enter Location Details 

Carefully enter the required location details, including:

• ID #: Assign a unique identifier for the location.
• Location Name: Clearly label the location for easy identification.
• Launch Date: Select the official opening date of the location.
• Location Address: Please enter the street, city, state, country, and ZIP code accurately.
• Segmentations: Assign segmentations that are relevant to your business structure.

Once completed, click Save & Close to save the location details.

Step 5: Manage Access Permissions

After adding locations, set up who can manage or view data by configuring User Management and Reporting Structure from the tabs in the Organization settings.

Step 6: Setting Up Your Organizational Hierarchy

• Navigate to the View/Edit Hierarchy button on the right side of the screen.
• Configure your organizational hierarchy by assigning roles, areas, and franchises and setting permissions to streamline data access and workflows.

Step 7: Save Changes

After finalizing your hierarchy, ensure you save the changes by clicking the Save button.
