Welcome to AI Growth Advisor! This guide will help you onboard efficiently, so you can connect your business, set up AI-powered goals, and start tracking your franchise’s growth in minutes.

Step 1: Sign Up for AI Growth Advisor

• Go to the AI Growth Advisor signup page.

• Fill in your First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, and Password.

• Agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy.

• Click Sign Up or use Sign in with Intuit or Continue with Google.

You can start with a 7-day free trial to explore all features.

Step 2: Tell Us About Your Business

• Enter your website link (so the AI can start learning about your business).

• Please provide your business name and the number of locations you have.

• Select your business type from the dropdown.

• Indicate how you heard about AI Growth Advisor.

• Click Continue.

These details enable the AI to set the right goals, identify growth opportunities, and recommend strategies tailored to your franchise.

Step 3: Connect Your Apps

• On the next screen, you’ll see a list of recommended apps (like QuickBooks Online).

• Click Connect next to the app you want to integrate.

• Use the search bar or category filters to find other tools (e.g., marketing, financial, operations).

• Click 'Connect Now' to sync your business systems and let AI begin analyzing your data.

You can skip this step and connect apps later if needed, but connecting now provides the best insights and recommendations.

Step 4: AI Sets Up Your Strategy

• While your apps are connecting and your data is being processed, AI Growth Advisor’s AI will begin crafting your custom strategy and goals.

• You’ll see a progress indicator and an invitation to book a Free AI Strategy Session for deeper insights.

• Learn about the steps to maximize your business growth:

  • Leverage your data to find growth opportunities.

  • Utilize AI insights to achieve clear, actionable goals.

  • Receive a tailored strategy to accelerate your results.

Step 5: Select Pain Points to Track

• On the next screen, you’ll be able to select specific business pain points (such as campaign ROI, session duration, social traffic, or customer lifetime value).

• Click 'Generate' to create targeted scorecards and begin tracking progress in real-time.

Step 6: Start Tracking, Reporting, and Growing

• Your dashboard will now show your personalized scorecards, goal tracking, and performance metrics.

• Use AI Strategist, Scorecard, Integrations, and Reports to monitor franchise-wide progress and hold your team accountable.
