Introduction

Managing users in AI Growth Advisor is straightforward and secure. As an admin, you can easily add, edit, and manage user roles and permissions for your organization. This ensures the right people have access to the right tools and information, keeping your team organized and your business data safe.

How to Access the Users Page

1. Log In to AI Growth Advisor
   Sign in using your email and password.

2. Go to Organization Settings
   Click your user initials or profile icon in the top right corner of the page.

3. Select Organization
   From the dropdown, click Organization.
   If you have multiple organizations, choose the relevant one.

4. Navigate to User Management
   In the top menu, click User Management to access the Users page.

You’ll now see a list of all users in your organization, including their roles, statuses, location access, and last login times.

How to Add a New User

1. Click Add New User
   On the Users page, select the "Add New User" button in the top-right corner.

2. Enter User Information
   Fill out the form with the user’s:

   • Email

   • First Name

   • Last Name

   • User Role (choose from the dropdown)

3. Save and Invite
   Click Save & Close to add the new user.

4. User Receives Invitation
   An invitation email will be sent to the user with login instructions.

Managing and Monitoring Users

• Edit or Disable Users: Use the action icons to update user information or temporarily disable access as needed.

• View Activity Log: Click View log next to a user to review their recent actions and login history.

• Export or Bulk Setup: Use the Export or Bulk Setup buttons (located at the top right) for larger teams or record-keeping purposes.

Tips for Effective User Management

• Assign roles based on each team member’s responsibilities to keep data secure.

• Regularly review user access and permissions as your team or organization grows.

• Encourage all users to use strong, unique passwords.
