How to Set Up Your Reporting Structure
- Log in to your AI Growth Advisor account.
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select Organization from the dropdown menu.
- Go to the Reporting Structure tab at the top of the page.
You’ll see two main panels:
- Unassigned Location (Left Panel):
This panel lists all locations that haven’t yet been placed into your hierarchy. You can use the search bar to quickly locate a specific area. - Organization Hierarchy (Right Panel):
This panel is where you’ll build your reporting structure.
Click Add node to create new groups, such as regions, departments, or zones.
Drag locations from the left into your hierarchy, or use the arrow buttons to position them accordingly. You can rearrange nodes with drag-and-drop for flexibility.
After organizing your locations, click Save Changes in the top right corner to apply your new hierarchy.
