Introduction

AI Growth Advisor’s Reporting Structure feature helps you visually organize how your business locations, departments, or regions roll up into reports and scorecards. Creating a clear hierarchy ensures that data access, reporting, and team accountability match your real-world business structure.

Why Use the Organization Hierarchy?

How to Set Up Your Reporting Structure

• Log in to your AI Growth Advisor account.
• Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select Organization from the dropdown menu.
• Go to the Reporting Structure tab at the top of the page.

You’ll see two main panels:

• Unassigned Location (Left Panel):
  This panel lists all locations that haven’t yet been placed into your hierarchy. You can use the search bar to quickly locate a specific area.
• Organization Hierarchy (Right Panel):
  This panel is where you’ll build your reporting structure.
  Click Add node to create new groups, such as regions, departments, or zones.
  Drag locations from the left into your hierarchy, or use the arrow buttons to position them accordingly. You can rearrange nodes with drag-and-drop for flexibility.

After organizing your locations, click Save Changes in the top right corner to apply your new hierarchy.

Tips for Effective Hierarchy Management

• Group locations based on how you want to see your data—by geography, business unit, or operational function.

• Review and update your hierarchy regularly as your business grows or changes.

• Ensure that no locations are left unassigned to prevent gaps in reporting.

Your organization hierarchy will be used throughout AI Growth Advisor for reporting, filtering, scorecards, and access management. Teams and users will instantly see performance rolled up by the structure you define, making reporting more relevant and actionable.
