AI Growth Advisor's custom scorecard feature lets you track the metrics that matter most to your business. Follow these simple steps to set up your own custom scorecard:

1. Log In and Access the Scorecard

• Log in to your AI Growth Advisor account.

• From the left-hand menu, click Scorecard.

• On the Scorecard dashboard, select the Custom Scorecard tab.

2. Set Up Your Custom Scorecard

• Assign Responsible Party (RP):
  Select who will be accountable for this scorecard or metric.

• Enter Goal Details:
  Add a short goal name and define the main objective for this scorecard.

• (Optional) Use AI Assistance:
  Use the Get help from AI bar to let AI Growth Advisor suggest metrics or goals based on your needs.

3. Add Metrics

• Click the + button to add metrics from the library or create your own custom metric.

• Choose the metric type: Core, Normalized, Custom, or Calculated.

• For each metric, set:

  • Connection: Make sure your data source (e.g., QuickBooks) is connected.

  • Goal: Set your target value.

  • Responsible Party: Assign ownership for accountability.

  • Description: Add details about what the metric measures (optional).

4. Configure Your Scorecard

• Choose your preferred view (Grid, List, Team, Map, or Period) for how you want to display metrics.

• Use the filter and group options to organize metrics by RP, location, region, or custom attributes if needed.

5. Save and Monitor

• Click Save to activate your custom scorecard.

• Your new scorecard will update in real time as data flows in.

• Monitor performance with live status indicators, color-coded progress bars, and instant access to details.

• Use the AI help bar to quickly create relevant metrics if you’re not sure where to start.

• Assign a Responsible Party for every key goal to drive accountability.

• Use filters and views to focus on what matters most—by team, location, or metric type.
