Data Standardization in AI Growth Advisor enables you to organize and match your financial data—such as assets, liabilities, and revenue—across all locations to a standardized Chart of Accounts. This process removes inconsistencies, ensures accurate reporting, and provides clear visibility into your entire business.

How to Use Data Standardization

Log In

Access your AI Growth Advisor account with your credentials.

Open Data Standardization

In the left sidebar, click Data Standardization.

Choose the Chart of Accounts

Ensure the Chart of Accounts tab is selected. You’ll see a list of all your business locations, each showing how many accounts are mapped, Not Active, or ignored.

Find a Location to Standardize

Use the search bar or scroll to find a location with unmatched accounts (like Dallas, TX). Click on the row for the area you want to work on.

Match Accounts with the Standard List
You’ll see two columns:

• On the left: Unmatched (Not Mapped) accounts from your data source (such as QuickBooks).

• On the right: Your Standard Chart of Accounts.

Select an unmatched account and use the right arrow to match it to the correct standard account.
Use Auto-Match with AI to let AI Growth Advisor suggest matches automatically, or match manually for more control.

If you have accounts you don’t want to standardize, use the 'Ignore' or 'Not Active' options.

• Use filters to find locations with unmatched or problematic data quickly.

• Take advantage of AI Auto-Match to save time, especially if you have many accounts.

• Regularly check your mappings whenever your Chart of Accounts or business structure changes.

• Schedule a Mapping Meeting or use Request Mapping if you need extra support or guidance.
