Setting Up Your Organization’s Terminology
Step 1: Access Organization Setup
- Log In: Sign in to your AI Growth Advisor account.
- Open Organization Setup: Click the Organization Setup option from the left-side menu (represented by a gear icon).
Step 2: Go to Location Naming Convention
- In the Organization Setup sidebar, select Location Names under Location Attributes.
- You’ll see the Location Naming Convention screen.
Step 3: Customize Your Terminology
- Organization Field:
- Click the Organization box and type or select the term you want to use for your main business entity (e.g., “Company”, “Brand”, “Franchise”).
- Location Field:
- Click the Location box and enter the term that best fits your structure (e.g., “Store”, “Branch”, “Clinic”, “Division”).
- The terms you enter here will be used throughout the entire AI Growth Advisor platform—everywhere a location is referenced.
Step 4: Save or Reset Your Settings
- Reset Default:
If you want to return to the original AI Growth Advisor terminology, click Reset Default. - Save & Continue:
Once you’ve made your selections, click Save & Continue to apply your changes across the platform.
Where Will Your Terminology Appear?
Your selected terms will automatically show up in reports, dashboards, user roles, setup screens, and more. Every user will see the language that best matches your business.
