Setting up your billing correctly in AI Growth Advisor ensures your subscription is managed smoothly and your organization stays up and running without any interruptions. Here’s how you can set and manage your billing preferences.
1. Access Billing and Usage Settings
- Log In: Sign in to your AI Growth Advisor account.
- Go to Organization Setup: On the left sidebar, click the gear icon (⚙️) labeled Organization Setup.
- Select Billing and Usage: In the Organization Setup menu, click on Billing and Usage.
2. Review Your Current Plan
- View Your Plan: At the top, you’ll see details of your current subscription plan, including the plan type (e.g., Growth), renewal date, and annual cost.
- Manage Plans: To upgrade or change your plan, click the "Manage Plans & Billing" button.
3. Set Who Pays for the Subscription
- Choose Billing Responsibility:
- Select whether the Organization or the User will be responsible for paying the subscription fees by clicking the appropriate button.
4. Select Your Membership Package
- Membership Options: Review the available membership packages (Standard, Growth, Enterprise).
- Compare Features: Check details such as the number of scorecards, data sync duration, number of users per location, and other features.
- Select Package: Click Select Package under your preferred membership option.
5. Save and Continue
- Confirm: After setting your billing preferences and selecting a package, click the Save & Continue button at the bottom to apply your changes.
