AI Growth Advisor gives every customer a monthly pool of AI credits that are spent only when heavy‑lift language or vision models run on your data. This model keeps pricing predictable, lets teams share resources, and aligns with industry practice adopted by Airtable, Notion, and others.

4. Turning AI features on or off
Only Workspace Owners or users with the Billing Admin / Subscription Admin role can change these settings.
- Go to Account → Workspace settings.
- Select the workspace you wish to update.
- In AI Permissions, toggle Enable AI Growth Advisor features for this workspace. EU/GDPR customers arrive with the toggle off and must opt in.
5. Monitoring usage & buying more credits
- Self‑serve: Settings → Billing & Usage → Add‑ons → AI Credits shows real‑time consumption and lets you top up with on‑demand packs.

Is there a trial? Yes—a 7‑day trial with 15,000 complimentary credits so you can push Strategies, Scorecards, and auto‑goals to the limit before paying.
What happens when my pool hits zero? Flows that incur costs will pause with an in-product banner. Free actions (editing scorecards, viewing dashboards) continue. Buy a plan to increase credits or wait until the next calendar month, when your pool refills automatically.
Can we connect our own ChatGPT or Gemini instance? Not today. We manage model orchestration, fine‑tuning, and vendor compliance centrally so you don’t have to.
Does disabling AI erase historical insights? No. Turning the feature off blocks new credit‑spending calls but preserves prior Strategies, Scorecards, and generated commentary.
How are credits counted when real‑time web context is injected? Tokens ingested from external pages count the same as user‑supplied text, following the model provider’s token accounting rules.
