The History page provides a comprehensive record of all royalty invoices that have been processed. Instantly see payment runs, amounts, fee types, and transaction success—helping you monitor trends, audit your finances, and ensure accuracy across your royalty payments.
How to Use the History Page
1. Accessing the History Page
- In the left sidebar, click the Invoicing icon.
- At the top, select the History tab.
2. Understanding the History Table
- Run Date / Period End Date: View the date each batch of invoices was processed and the corresponding billing period it covers.
- Batch Total: The total dollar amount processed for each batch.
- Fee Type: The type of fee charged (e.g., Royalty as % of Sales).
- Transaction Count:
- Batch Total: Number of invoices in that batch.
- Successful: How many were paid or processed successfully?
- Failed: Any payments that did not go through.
3. Search & Audit
- Use the Search bar in the top right to find specific batches or periods quickly.
- Review the number of successful vs. failed transactions to identify any issues or follow up as needed.
